My First Taste

They say you never forget your first time. Although it’s been nearly 20 years, I can still remember it well. It was January of 99 and I had just turned 18.  My parents went out of town to celebrate their anniversary for the weekend, and that meant one thing for me. Busting as many nuts as I could. I called my girlfriend at the time to try and make plans. Let me tell you, she was a sex pot of horniness. Shoulder length dirty blond hair, 5ft 6in, 175lbs with 44DDs. Yeah she was a little chubby, but damn she could suck my cock like crazy. However, it wasn’t meant to be. Her family sprung a last minute ski trip for the weekend. Crap, now what was I to do. I had no plans, a list of chores my parents wanted done, and nuts so full, they felt as if they could explode any minute. Well Friday evening after I got home and said goodbye to my parents, I decided to do the one thing I knew I needed to take care of first. Not more than 30 minutes passed by, I was sitting naked in my room rubbing o...

Pregnancy is a critical time in a woman’s life that requires careful attention to health, nutrition, and overall well-being. One of the most important steps is to begin regular prenatal care as early as possible. Routine checkups, ultrasounds, and blood tests help monitor the baby's development and identify any potential health issues early on. Pregnant women should also stay up to date with essential vaccines like the flu shot and Tdap, which protect both mother and baby. Proper nutrition is vital during pregnancy. Women should take prenatal vitamins that include folic acid (400–600 mcg daily) to help prevent neural tube defects. A balanced diet rich in iron, calcium, protein, and fiber supports both maternal health and fetal development. Drinking plenty of water, usually about 8 to 10 glasses a day, is also important to stay hydrated and support the growing baby. At the same time, pregnant women should avoid high-risk foods such as raw or undercooked meat, unpasteurized dairy, ...

Simple Guide to Birthing Options

There are different ways to give birth, and each option depends on your health, comfort, and what you prefer. One common way is hospital birth . In a hospital, doctors and nurses are always there to help you. They can give you medicine like an epidural to reduce pain. If there is an emergency, hospitals have all the tools and staff needed to keep you and your baby safe. Another choice is a birth center . This is a special place for giving birth, but it is not a hospital. It feels more like a home. Midwives, who are trained to help with birth, take care of you. A birth center is a good option if your pregnancy is healthy and low-risk. Some people prefer a home birth . This means having your baby at home with the help of a midwife. It feels private and more relaxed. However, this option is usually safe only if the pregnancy has no problems and everything is going well. There is also the option of a water birth . In this type of birth, you sit in warm water, usually in a big tub. ...

After almost two months I finally get around to write down my thoughts about my very positive, but slightly shocking birth. Shocking, as everything progressed so very fast 😃  My previous labour was excruciating, it took 2,5 days, it was all back labour, during COVID, so the hospital was very reluctant in calling me in, even when I was clearly exhausted and needing help after two nights of not sleeping… As contractions never sped up, that delivery ended up being an assisted one, with epidural, syntocinon, and a veeeery long first and second stage, where I felt I had no control over what was happening at all. Due to this, and because we didn’t have anyone to leave our three year old with, we decided to have a home birth this time. It was my last pregnancy (not wanting a third child), and I wanted to have a natural experience. I have to say, my home birth team was great straight from the beginning, and even though the first birth was classified as Shoulder dystocia, they suppor...
